The ROOMS (Residential Opportunities On Main Street) Grant program is designed to support the creation of housing opportunities in underutilized and dilapidated downtown buildings in active Designated Kansas Main Street communities.
Be sure to register for the ROOMS webinar scheduled for 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2025. CLICK HERE for the link to register. Participation in that webinar is mandatory to be eligible for a grant.
