The ROOMS (Residential Opportunities On Main Street) Grant program is designed to support the creation of housing opportunities in underutilized and dilapidated downtown buildings in active Designated Kansas Main Street communities. 

Please review the ROOMS Grant document sent to you on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Also be sure to register for the ROOMS webinar scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2024. CLICK HERE for the link to register. Participation in that webinar is mandatory to be eligible for a grant.
